- Can I pay annually?
- Yes. Educator Annual is US$399.99 a year, 2 months free compared with monthly. Schools buying for several teachers can get a school licence instead (see below).
- Can our school pay by purchase order?
- Yes. A school licence is US$299 per teacher a year, from 3 teachers. Request a quote on the pricing page, send us your purchase order, and we invoice the school with 30 days to pay by card, ACH or bank transfer. Your teachers join with one school link, and each gets the full Educator plan.
- Do my students need to pay?
- No. Students create free accounts and join with your class code. They get the full course while your Educator plan is active.
- How many students and classes?
- Up to 35 students in each class. Create a class for each group you teach, up to 8 active classes at a time, and manage them all from one dashboard. Archived classes don't count toward the limit, so a new term starts with room to spare.
- What age is it for?
- Middle school, high school, college and adult learners, and younger students too. Students 13 and older join with their own free account. For younger students, add your class list, confirm your school allows it, and print a login card for each student with a picture password or PIN, with no email needed. You choose which lessons to assign and when.
- Can I see who is struggling?
- Yes. The gradebook shows every attempt, each student’s most-missed skills and when they were last active.
- Is there a printed textbook?
- Yes. Music Theory: The Complete Series is the textbook these lessons are built on, with a page-for-page answer key, a photocopy licence for your students, and scan codes that open each lesson’s interactive version on a phone.
- Does it work with Google Classroom?
- You can export any assignment’s grades in Google Classroom’s layout and import them there.
- Is my students’ data private?
- Yes. Only you see your students’ names and results; classmates see stage names, and leaderboards are off until you turn them on. We never sell student data or use it for advertising. See the privacy policy for details.
